JUSTICE FOR THE CATS
In 2009 someone called CPS on my family. The caseworker unsubstantiated the allegations. 3 weeks later this caseworker decided to come back, we are assuming because we refused to allow her to open a case on us. Because from December 17, 2009 to January 11, 2010 she asked us 5 different days if we would agree to her opening a case, each time we said no. On January 13, 2010 she got her much wanted open case by lying to her supervisor and director that I was a cat hoarder.
This has caused great distress upon our children and in May 2012 we found out that the ACO killed all 15 cats, 5 of them being our own personal cats.
We are now suing the Department of Child Services, Harrison County Animal Control, Harrison County Commissioner and the Harrison county council.
We however need help paying the attorney since suing the government is so expensive. But this is a step in the right direction for all families that have been wronged by CPS and families that have been wronged by animal control.
Because I filed a tort claim on animal control he did it to me again, but now has all my animals and has killed 4 of my cats just to get charges pressed against me. I vow once I get my animals back I will lobby for new animal laws, this has to stop to rescues and people that love their animals.
IF I win this lawsuit of what I am asking for, I will set up a fund to help any pet owner in America. If I win what I am asking for, NO KILL will become part of our culture.
If I win this lawsuit of what I am asking for, I will set up a fund to help pay legal fees of anyone that has a case against CPS and wants to sue.
I will also make donations to the Lexus Project another legal group to help BSL dogs on death row.
We need to prevail to protect animals and kids alike and I vow to do what I can however, I need funding to pay my attorney.
Please donate so we can see this though, it may start here, but each step we take for justice will help another family in the future, that family could be yours.
Donate today even if it is just a dollar.
Thank you
