It was reported to the media that 4 of our cats died while in the care of animal control.

On 11/29/11 Garfield was put to sleep
On 12/14/11 Abbigayle died

November 2012 Zim died
November 2013 Kitler died
Pumpkin
SAGWA
Sagwa was Parker's cat. A cat he had had since he found her at 6 weeks old under our chimney in 2004
Sagwa was fine while in our care. She is one of the cats that I was charged with neglecting and "causing" her death. When if fact, the last photo above is the photo of her during the raid. Sagwa was scored a 1 on the Body Condition Scale. It is documented that they watched Sagwa have a seizure for 30 minutes, then euthanized her. Sagwa NEVER had a seizure while in my care. Parker is distraught over her death and has ended up with anger issues over it, who can blame him. These people took our animals and abused them.
GARFIELD
Garfield was Parker's cat. He is the red tabby in the photos below.
Garfield was fine in our care. The second photo is the day of the raid. On 11/21/11 Garfield was scored a 1.5 on the Body Condition Score. Does he appear to be a 1.5 to you? Because on 11/17/11 he was an average sized cat.
Just for clarification, the 4 "diseases" Garfield tested positive for are Chlamydophila felis, Feline Herpesvirus 1, Mycoplasma felis and Bordetella Bronchisptica. Please click on each "disease" to learn EXACTLY what these are. You can see the photo of Garfield and you can tell he was not sick. However, cats were under veterinary care for an Upper Respiratory Infection.

ABBIGAYLE
Abbigayle was a cat up for adoption.
Abbigayle was doing fine in our care. The second photo was taken during the raid. Abbigayle scored a 1 on the Body Condition Score on 11/21/11. Abbigayle was obese when I got her and was still obese when they took her.
IZZIE
Our animals attorney wanted us to go see them at animal control. So we did on March 26, 2013. Parker was leery, but excited to see his cat, Zim and Izzie his other cat. Room to room, no Izzie, where the chickens were no Zim. We knew a chicken died in November 2012, and he knew it could of been him. It hit him hard. But he was FLOORED when we could not find Izzie and they told us in June 2012 she had a seizure and fell over dead. Here are photos of her, tell me if you think this cat was ill in any manner and to have a seizure 7 months later. That is cat #2 to have a seizure and die. RIP Izzie we will miss you so much!
Izzie was fine in our care. The last photo of her was taken during the raid. She scored a 4.5 on the Body Condition Scale on 11/21/11. A cat that was a tad bit on the heavy side as you can see if the photo.
ZIM
Zim was Parker's rooster. A chicken he loved very much. The photo below was taken the day of the raid.
